Just need help once?

Solopreneurs and small businesses sometimes need a hand without a subscription — a one-time setup, a stubborn problem, a quick consult. Honest pricing for honest one-off work.

Honest disclosure: No SLA, no proactive monitoring, no 24×7 coverage, no security stack. We'll do great work — but if something breaks at 9pm, you're calling and hoping someone picks up.
Do the math

When subscription wins.

Most small businesses underestimate their actual support hours. Here's where the line crosses:

What's included

Every plan,
every time.

01
Per-user, all-in pricing

One number covers every device that user touches — laptop, desktop, phone, tablet. No surprise device fees.

02
Local DMV engineers

Our team is based in Arlington, VA. No offshore tier-1 reading scripts.

03
No per-ticket fees

Unlimited support consumption inside scope. We charge for projects, not for the phone calls between them.

04
Hardware at near-cost

Cost + 8–10% markup through Lenovo, HPE, HP, Dell, Ingram Micro and D&H. We don't pad hardware to make our service cheap.

05
Month-to-month after year one

Renew on a 1-year term or stay flexible. Multi-year saves money but isn't required.

06
Smooth onboarding from your current MSP

We handle the transition so you don't end up between providers.

Add-ons

Questions, answered.

Why do you publish pricing when most MSPs don't?
Because you've got better things to do than sit through a 45-minute discovery call to find out we're outside your budget. The number is the number. If you fit, we talk; if not, you've saved an hour.
What's the catch on $125 / user?
No catch — but Essentials is genuinely the entry tier. Business-hours support, two devices per user, the basics. If you need 24×7 coverage, server management, or a vCIO, those live in Professional and Premium. We'd rather be honest about what you're getting than surprise you with charges later.
Do you charge per device or per user?
Per user. Modern teams have a laptop, a phone, often a tablet — pricing per device punishes you for that. One per-user rate covers the human, regardless of how many devices they touch.
What does "5–250 users" mean for me?
It means we're built for small and mid-sized businesses. Below 5 we're not the right fit. Above 250 we'll still talk, but our team and tooling are sized for the SMB-to-mid-market range and that's where we're at our best.
How long is the contract?
1-year initial term. After that, month-to-month or renew on a longer term for a discount (2 yr = 3% off, 3 yr = 7% off). No auto-renewal traps.
We already have an MSP. How does the switch work?
Carefully. We've done dozens of these. A typical transition takes 30–45 days: discovery, documentation handover, tooling deployment, parallel-run period, then full cutover. Your incumbent doesn't even know we're talking until you're ready.
Can we mix tiers across departments?
Generally no — it's one tier per agreement, because the underlying tooling and SLA structure is uniform. But add-ons are flexible: you can buy CMMC support for the engineering team without buying it for the whole company.
Ready when you are

Let's talk numbers
not slides.

30-minute call. No pitch deck. We'll figure out which tier fits and quote you on the spot, or tell you why someone else might be a better match.
